Manifesto
No. 01
Spring MMXXVI
A

hotel website is a promise. The promise is trust1 — that what is shown will be what is found at arrival. Most studios design for the click. We design for the doorbell, the welcome desk, the second night, the return.

W

e are based between Maiori and Brussels. We work in slow seasons and in shoulder weeks, when there is space to ask the right questions. The output is rarely loud2; it is precise. A booking funnel that loses fewer guests. A photograph that holds its quiet for ten years.

W

e take twelve partners per year. Not because we are scarce by design, but because anything more would dilute the craft3. The work is signed by us. The cost of a partnership is a long conversation, a clear scope, and the discipline to refuse what does not belong.

1 Trust, here, means: a digital experience whose tone, photography, and content match what the guest will encounter on site. 2 Hospitality voice rarely shouts. Confidence is the loudest the brand should ever be. 3 Craft, in our practice, includes refusal — knowing what to leave out is a senior decision.

Casa di Mare — a quieter way to book.

A 12-room hotel that was losing 40% of its bookings to OTAs. We rebuilt the digital story end-to-end: photography, voice, booking flow, post-stay sequence.

"
They refused two of our ideas in the first call. By the third week we understood why. The website now reads like the property itself — slow, precise, and never raising its voice.

"
Most agencies sell decks. Nexora sent a 14-page document the first week. We have read it eleven times. The work followed the document, not the other way around.

Photography that survives a five-year reprint. Email sequences that read like postcards. Bookings up; complaints, down. We have stopped calling them the agency. We call them the editors.
